Namsto Lake Trek

Namtso , known as the " Heavenly Lake" is the largest salt water lake in Tibet. Some 4990 meters above sea level, it is situated at the edge of the severely-weathered chang thang plateau to the north of Lhasa. The loop walk across the Nyanchen Thang-la Mountains to the plebbled shores of Namsto takes 7 or 8 days.

EXCURSION TO LAKE NAMTSO

Day 01 Fly on CHINA SOUTH WEST AIRLINES to Lhasa. Upon arrival at Gonggar airport, Group shall be met & transfer provided to Lhasa city. O/nt at hotel.
02/03 LHASA SIGHTSEEING TOUR
04 Drive to Lake Namtso. Camp.
05 Excursion of Lake Namtso. Camp.
06 Visit The Tashi Dor Monastery and The Tibetan Nomad’s living at Namtso. Camp.
07 Return to Lhasa. O/nt at hotel.
08 Fly to Kathmandu.
